Joel Brygger

Joel serves as an Associate Director of Architecture at Ryan Companies and has 20 years of industry experience. He strives to incorporate a fully integrated project process from early planning and design through construction completion, leading project documentation and delivery efforts while enhancing designs through envelope detailing, code compliance, and close collaboration with trade partners.

Ryan Forster

Ryan is a Senior Project Architect at Perkins&Will with over 24 years of experience. He currently co-leads as a technical director and helps to oversee the technical design, quality assurance/quality control, and project delivery of architectural projects delivered by the Minneapolis Studio.

Stephanie Smolak

Stephanie is a Senior Project Manager at Ryan Companies with 18 years of industry expertise. She is responsible for managing budget and schedule, facilitating design coordination between all disciplines, bidding and awarding scopes of work, managing subcontractors, and keeping the owner informed through the design and construction process. Stephanie started her career as an architect, giving her a unique perspective within her Construction team.
