Multi-family Housing: Passive House vs. Conventional Design

In a follow up to the January panel discussion on wall systems for multi-family housing construction, this month we’ll be focusing on high-performing multi-family housing projects. Kim Bretheim will highlight a recent project – the Hook and Ladder Project – which consisted of two buildings, one Passive House Certified, and one of conventional construction. More information about the Hook and Ladder project can be found here: http://www.lhbcorp.com/project/7187-2/

After the presentation, stick around to network, or bring your most troublesome detail for review by our group of building science enthusiasts!
